You must call in every day your child is not in attendance at school.

Please call the main office at 337-5376 and leave a message with the date, child's name, and his or her classroom.

 All physical exam forms for students in grades K, 2, 4 and new entrants must be submitted to the nurse's office.

The physical exam form must be dated 9/1/2016 or later.  Forms are due in the nurse's office by Friday, October 1, 2016.
